The hotel was named after British statesman Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles, the founder of Singapore.The hotel is currently operated by Singapore Raffles International Hotel Group. This is a hotel that is famous for its luxury suites, fine dining restaurants and history. There is a hot tropical garden, museum and Victorian-style museum. Raffles Hotel is located in Singapore like the Peace Hotel in Shanghai and the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong.
